I’m a Certified Professional Life Coach with a master’s degree in counseling. I specialize in transformational, solution-focused coaching with a therapeutic approach. I’m passionate about helping women and teens identify what is holding them back in life and empowering them with a new perspective along with solutions that help them embrace life with more peace, fulfillment, and purpose.
One of my greatest joys has been working with children, teens, and their families for over 30 years in my role as an educator and counselor. What a blessing it has been to help parents navigate the rough waters of raising children and support them in their journeys as parents.
As I approached the close of my career in education, God nudged me to pursue a lifelong passion of life coaching. I look forward to being your life coach and helping you overcome whatever roadblocks are in your way of living life to the fullest.
